This is the City of Havana's City Hall building. It also has a community room that can be rented out. Directly in front of this photo running east and west is State Highway 10. In the yard between City Hall and Highway 10 a basketball court, pavilion, and playground has been added. Back to the east (right side of the photo) in front of the visible house sits the Havana Fire Department. A new north and south city street, Marvin Street, is at the far right of this photo now.
