The lot with the palm trees left of center is still an empty lot with the same footprint (as of 2022). This is on N Palm Canyon in Palm Springs. The structures to the right of it no longer exist and that is also an empty lot. The complex being built behind these two lots still stands.
The road with the bend above the empty lot is N Camino Norte.
