In 1991, this home address was known as 2802 Frenchtown Road, Glasgow. I owned the home from 1995 until 2016. The house was incorporated into the Woodlands at Perch Creek development circa 1998 and is now known as 6 N. Redspire Ct.
Additional notes on this property. The farmhouse was originally constructed by the Lindell family, who ran a dairy farm on the property in the 1800s. In 1913, Zachary T. Harris sold to William J. Lum. Alfred T. and Gertrude H. Lum sold to Georgianna Palmer in 1937. Georgianna & Frank S. Palmer sold to Poague R. Paxton in 1946 and, at that time, the farm was 150 acres. The house stayed in the Paxton family until 1979, when Beulah M. Paxton sold the home to Joan F. McDaniel. She and husband Leslie L. sold to developer Nichols Land Management in 1993 and they renovated the home. The property was subdivided to create the Woodlands at Perch Creek. I purchased the home in 1995.
