My grandmother owned this home from 1990 to 2006. My dad built a large den with a wall of bookshelves off the back, with a workshop underneath, and a porch that wrapped around beside the garage. The basketball goal and bushes to the left were removed for a turnaround to be added to the driveway. The whole backyard was fenced in as well. I spent every Christmas in this house the 16 years she lived there.
