Three guesses, and the first two don't count.

SE corner of E. Oglethorpe & US 19. Still there today, and still rocks its '70s-era mansard roof.

This McDonald's has since been torn down and rebuilt.

I believe this is the first version of this structure. This on faces E Oglethorpe Blvd. The next one (red roofed) faces Thorton Dr as well as the current version (grey). The aerials from the early 80s has this configuration.

Yeah - somehow I'm not surprised. They've since been assimilated into the "plain gray box" look.
