The Price Family farm. They ran a workshop out of the Quonset huts in the foreground making displays, dioramas, and set pieces for trade shows. Eventually, Mr. Price got tired of keeping up the farmland and let most of it go for pennies. Sadly, it turned into a neighborhood, a Chic-Fil-A, and a Kroger. Both brothers are still living.
