Grew up here. Barned burned down in 1969 and 3 other sheds are gone now too

I remember the night the barn burned. Was going to bed and saw a glow to the east. Dad said it was a barn fire. He & I drove down to help. Mom called neighbors to make coffee and sandwiches for the volunteer fire men. We didn't help much, the whole barn was all burning. They lost many cows. What a horrible smell. Jim Meyers
