Texaco gas station, Ladd, IL. Intersection of US 6, IL 89 and I 80.
Building still stands. It’s located at the NW corner of U.S. 6, and Illinois 89. At one time there was a ‘batwing’ Phillips 66 located on the NE corner, out of the picture.
Cool how the original banjo Texaco sign is laying on the garage to the left of the bay. They must have just switched it out for the newer hexagonal sign.
