Rural route 1, Box 243 was Otto Lippert property, later James Peters lived there, Thomas Cooper Farmed surrounding land, 166 acres. Stella Lipert was the landlord when I lived there from 1978 till 1986, Oct. It is on sawmill rd. South side, just east of Lippert's sawmill on the south side of the road. House was torn down in about 1990, and a new house built.
