About 2 or 3 miles west of Sycamore, IL. This was originally the Henry Joiner farm, established circa 1860. Mr. Joiner died in 1869. He is buried with his wife, Charlotte their 2 children and his parents in a small family cemetery a short distance northwest of this farm. A tornado destroyed the barns about 1970 and the house burned down several years later. All that is left is one of the 2 silos.

I had a friend Steve Bacon that lived there 1970? We were in 5th grade together.Walked to the cemetery at night. Scary!

Old state, rd sycamore,IL the property, is still there only rhe silo still stands today.
