This was part of the Dan and Ada Rice Farm on the southwest corner of Butterfield Rd. and Naperville Rd. in Wheaton. This view is looking southwest from the intersection. The outstanding feature of this farm then were the many open air steel bins for ear corn that were located in line on this farm which can be seen here on the right side of this photo. The steel bins are gone but some of the buildings are still there.
