Moto Power. Gee, there are more signs then building!
Moto Mart Gas Station, 1315 North Third Street, U.S Highway 45, Effingham, Illinois. The railroad is the Illinois Central. Just south of the interchange with Interstates 57 and 70. This is still a Moto Mart today, 2020!!! U.S. 45 is now 3-lanes, 1-south, 1-north, and a center turn lane. The house across the tracks from the station is gone, as is the crossing. The road that tees into U.S. 45 is now gone, also. Looking west.
