Shell oil co
Crescent City, Illinois, SW corner of U.S. Highway 24 and Illinois Route 49. Building still stands, even in her SHELL corporate colors! Unfortunately, all of the signage is long gone. Check out the price of SHELL gasoline - SHELL 30.9¢, SUPER SHELL 34.9¢!! Check out the big rig hooked to the back of the tow truck, along U.S. 24. At this SHELL, ‘SERVICE IS OUR BUSINESS’, as they definitely look busy!
