Main Street in Burlington Illinois
The building in the center was Berna Auto Repair, started by Henry "Hap" Berna in 1957. The business was still in operation in the early 1990s. In the upper left was State Bank of Burlington, established in 1919. It was acquired by Old Second Bank in 2000. The bank was rebranded as Old Second in 2003 and continues to operate today.
