Wild Rose Farm on Crane Rd, owned by the Rowell Family at the time of this photo.
The large house on the left is still there but the water tower and barns are all gone. Two retention ponds have been added.
Originally part of the Herbert P. Crane estate. The brick silo at right-center included a tower with a unique bell, now on display at the St. Charles History Museum. Read more here:
