Both house and building are still located on East side of Rt. 12 north of the Golf Farm.

The Red Worm Ranch bait shop and gun store.

According to a June 1992 Chicago Newspaper article, Marty Badegian and his wife, Lorraine Badegian owned the Red Worm Ranch Bait Shop on Hwy. 12 between Wauconda and Volo. The bait shop has been in Lorraine's family for more than 40 years and they owned it for 13 years.
