Burnell Russell Farm Former President of Volo is still standing
A lot of improvements have been made since then!
This property is located on the east side of Rte. 12 in Wauconda Township south of the Village of Volo and north of the Village of Wauconda. The farm house and buildings still exist.
I remember riding in my parent's car going up to Antioch regularly and passing this very fragrant pig farm.
