This farm was likely located roughly where the bend in W. Hamlin Ln. is today, and they were the neighbor across the street from the farm shown on slide #12. The road shown on the bottom was Bacon Rd. The hedge line at the top is most likely where Cedar Lake Rd. currently lies. The farm was razed to make way for the Lakewood Grove subdivision. My grandparents Herbert and Cecelia Proesel lived on this farm. I have many fond memories growing up around this farmstead. My Dad, George Proesel and my Uncle, John Proesel and I worked the farm after my grandfather passed away.

This farm was located on what was then Bacon Road but is no longer in that location.
