Intersection of Rt. 60 and Rt. 120, looking north. The old configuration is shown in the photo. All structures were razed presumably to allow for intersection reconfiguration and street widening.

The point junction in Wauconda Township where Rte. 120 traverses left (upper fork) and Rte. 60 (lower fork) splits to the right. Even before the high volume of traffic today, the point was a tricky intersection for drivers. Since this photo the house and farm building have been removed. The point junction has been removed and the Rte. 60 intersection has been changed to meet Rte. 120 just east (left) of the photo.

According to the 1861 and 1907 plat maps, the property was owned by Elijah Lafayett Huson (1827-1895). Elijah was born in New York and had married Laura M. (McKey) Huson (1830-1913)
