This looks like the Richard J.Daley's farm between Grayslake and Libertyville. I worked there in the summer of 1950
Is the property still there today? Any Idea of the location?
Approximate location pinned - this place was on the east side of Harris Rd., roughly at the Hedgerow Dr. intersection. View is looking SE. The structures were razed and became part of the Prairie Crossing subdivision.
