Is it possible that there is photo that shows the condition of the property to the right edge of the Photo?

I'll jump in here to help a bit. Looking at the high altitude aerials for this location and time there isn't really anything to the right. The dirt patch in the lower right corner looks like a small surface quarrying operation? In 1962 it is just that dirt. By 1971 a small pond had formed that is still there today. The pilots would not have photographed a field with no buildings on it.
