North west corner of where Rt 45 and Rt 83 meet up then split off in different directions. In pic, road from top to right side (there, runs north&south) is Rt 45/S. Lake st, left to right across bottom is Rt 83 (runs N.W. to S.E.).
There is a CVS pharmacy on this corner now.
Building in top right corner is now a martial arts school.
