This may have been one of the key properties that was sold to the developers of the "Cambridge Forest Association" aka Lincolnshire IL. My guess is this property is on the west side of Riverwoods between Sprague School and Duffy Lane.

200 Riverwoods Rd. (SW corner of Riverwoods Rd. and Surrey Ln. looking SW. Riverwoods Rd. is visible on the bottom left and Surrey Ln. is at the bottom right corner. The original house was built in 1934 and is still there, but a clone was built approximately 30 feet south of it. There is also a section that connects the twins together. A new garage was built juxtaposed just to the north of the original house. The original garage has been razed.
