Gunglers
Gungler's Pharmacy was located at 4930 Grand Ave. on the northwest corner Grand Ave. (Rte 132) and Rte. 63 (changed to Rte 21) owned by Joseph and Genevieve Gungler (1917-2000). The drug store opened in 1946 originally located on 4200 block of Old Grand Ave. next to Welton's Food Mart and was sold to Osco in 2000. After the death of Joseph, Mrs. Gungler married W. The building was expanded in the early 1970s to the west (top) and north (right). The west addition was the Harris Bank and today is also part of the Consumers Credit Union. The north addition was Valley Liquors that occupied this section until about 1994 and was sold to Cardinal Wine and Spirits. The address was 980 N. Rt. 21
