The Grayslake Trading Post

The Grayslake Trading Post was located at 133 S. IL. Highway 83 (S. Barron Blvd) about 1/4 miled north of Rte. 120 in the Village of Grayslake in Avon Township. Directly behind the building is Mill Creek. The Soo Line railroad track (upper photo) was originally the Wisconsin Central Railway and in 1987 is again became Wisconsin Central. The former Trading Post property is now the location of the Trading Post Shoppes
