Anchor Hocking Glass Corporation located at 1945 Delaney Rd. on the 33 1/2 acre tract building this 10 million dollar plant in 1964 and began operation in 1966. Anchor closed its plant in 1995. It is now the PQ Corporation which manufactures industrial and specialty chemicals internationally and began operation at this location in 1998.
