This is what we called The Gilchrist Place, although I don't think the Gilchrist's lived there (the house was rented out). This house and barn were always painted yellow. I remember this place always being run down, especially in the 1970's. The farmground to the left of the buildings always had water standing in the fields. Every single structure is now long gone and farmed over.
