This is my parents home, Kenneth and Susie Phelps. They bought the land in 1973 from Andrew and Esther Lindsey, Emery and Nelda Smith, and Weldon and Thelma Stevenson. The house was built on the property and my family moved there in 1975 when I was 10 years old. The only other house I remember as as kid was an old farm house up the road. My parents still live in this home, although the exterior has changed with the addition of a porch across the front of the house. The shed in this picture is still there. Today, there are several other houses along that country road. Still making family memories in that home.
