Donald and Eva Banks farm - 1966.
South of Blandinsville
This was my grandfather's, father's, and my family's homestead for many many years. It doesn't look like this at all today, but I have priceless memories of my home, as well as my sisters, cousins, friends and family. This picture is priceless.
I remember riding my horse over to see Donna!
I grew up on this farm as well as my dad and his siblings did. I am saddened that it is now a cornfield….all plowed into the earth. Thankful for this picture to help remember my heritage.
