This farm was homesteaded by the Wilcox family in the 1850s, bought from Private Samuel Bradley who was given the land for his actions in the I believe one of the Indian wars, (Maybe Blackhawk?). Raided by Elliot Ness for alcohol production in the 30s. Bought by my great Grandpa Jacobsen in 1955. Family owned and managed currently.
