With the old Illinois State Route(s) 10 and 47 bridge over the Norfolk and Western Railway in the background, we are looking at the home of WCZQ (??). Notice the antenna... A 4-lane Interstate Route 72 bridge has since replaced the 2-lane state road bridge, and this entire area has been redeveloped. Monticello, Illinois. Looking W/NW.
