This was my grandparents' farm and was taken the year I was born. I now own the farm, and the main structures are still there. The A-frames around the barn are gone, the pond dam was removed several years ago, some of the fences are gone, and there are now trees on the other side of the garden. I am in the middle of renovating the house, and all of the buildings need extensive work. The truck near the house was totaled when a tree fell on it years ago. If I can scrape up the money, this photo will be hanging in the living room once the renovation is complete.
