This is the intersection of N Springfield Avenue and Auburn Street. The gas station at the top left is now Guy's Automobile Services ( actually, this place might have been Guy's Automobile Services at the time this was taken, but I'm not sure. )

The building at the bottom left was torn down, and now Schiro's Restaurant and Lounge stands in it's spot.

My dad's childhood home is very close by, on Virginia Avenue.
