Corner of W Monroe (US 224) and 13th street (US 27). Decatur Package Liquors at bottom right, still there today. The Dairy Queen was replaced with a Walgreens, which went through a few discount rebrandings before going vacant. Not sure what the German style building to the left is, but today there is a small strip mall there
