This is the Delbert & Elsie Peacock farm, directly across US 41 and the railroad tracks from the town of Earl Park. They were my grandparents, and I visited here often as a child. Today most (if not all) of the buildings are gone, including the main house which burned down.

In 1974, when this photo was taken, this home and land belonged to Cloyd & Judy Peacock. Cloyd was the son of the previous owners, as mentioned in the other comments. The building immediately behind the garage is half of the previous chicken coop, there was another section about the same size as what is shown here. Soon after this photo, it was torn down along with some of the barn and the buildings attached to it, and a modern large pole barn was built behind the garage. As mentioned in another comment, the house burned after the Peacocks owned it. The property looks considerably different now.
