This was the Administrative Office Building of Potter & Brumfield/AMF located on Richland Creek Drive in Princeton, Indiana. Potter & Brumfield, known as P&B was sold to Siemen's which later moved the operations to Georgia. This building was built on what was know as the Derbyshire property. The Derbyshire home was located where the building is and had a long drive to the house lined with apple trees. The building has been torn down and replaced with a Menard's store.
