I lived here as a kid in the late 1960's.

The pin on the map is the location of the Mail Pouch barn in the photo above. The barn and site configuration is clearly shown in Historic Aerials' imagery dated 1956 & 1959. The imagery for 1979 (Vintage Aerial historic imagery at the right); and Historic aerials' imagery 1983 show that the barn was gone and the site cleared by 1979. The distance measurement tool was used to obtain the decimal coordinates for the center of the Mail Pouch barn. These coordinates were input to the Google map program and the exact location of where the barn once stood was determined. The barn is ID'd as MPB 14-33-06 on the Mail Pouch Barnstormer's website.
