This farm is located one mile south of Greensboro, Indiana. The original part of the house was built by John Cook, an early settler and Quaker abolitionist, and later became the home of his son Levi. In the 20th century, it was the Alvin Hardin farm and in the 1930's won an award for most bushels of corn per acre. When this photo was taken, the farm belonged to Karey B. and Emma L. Meeks.
