This house was owned by the Finley family for sixty five years before being sold in 2020. The Finleys bought it from their father, and I believe the property was in their family long before that. There is a photo of the house from earlier in the 1900’s, it didn’t have any windows in it at that time. I did find a map from 1860 showing a house on this location, with a blacksmith shop located west of where the current pole barn sits.
