The back left building, 219 W Jefferson St, Franklin, IN 46131, has had a face update in 2008. It has been a handful of things, but currently in 2021 a Jack's Donuts, Art's Cleaners, and Wild Root Salon I believe sit there in the same building.
The Indiana Cities Water has not existed for some time, past my recollection. However Indiana American Waters is there, with a large water tank in approx the same place as the building in this photo.
