This a south facing view of the 1st farmstead east of Brighton on the south side of SR-120. This was the home of Donald DePue and his family at the time of this picture. They were one of the few farms in the area that raised Charolaix cattle (noted for their fine quality meat). Much of the herd of these nearly white cattle are visible in the photo.
