This is Dr Eddie Gray's farm, located on St. Road 250 just west of Patriot.
Now owned by Kathy Lieland.

Edward Gray Farm on SR 250 just out of Patriot, Mr, Gray was Superintendent of Switzerland County Schools, plus a teacher.
