Vaughn and Glenna Pogue farm since early fifties. Daughter Rosie and son Von raised there. MANY CHANGES BY TIME OF 1989 PHOTO: An implement shed was built. Garage built replacing original milk house in early 1960's. Brick ranch house replaced original two story house that burned in 1966. Addition to implement shed built atop site of old smoke house. A second implement shed with crib for ear corn replaced a smaller shed. Additions were added to mortise-tenon beam barn. Most new construction was in 1960's and 70's. In 2020 all original buildings gone: wind storm damage or dismantled over 31 years. Only the house, garage, one barn addition, and implement shed w/crib remains.
