i believe this was at mason city where i was born and raised . grad from mason city high class of 1950 and yes i did spend quite a few nights at the drive inn . i also worked at the A & W rootbeer on south federal and spent a lot of time after the movie at BEAULERS CAFE on so federal

This was on (old) Hwy. 18 and Eisenhower in Mason City. Now it is the location of a car dealership and across from a Wal-Mart.
