With a lot of hard work this location that has meant so much to the families of the "Grand Meadow" area, had been made into a site well worth saving. The annual Heritage weekend is a great event to take in. My grandmother Kintigh was a cook in the hot lunch program in the 50's and lived in the house. The house was referred to as the "teacherage". My dad and his brothers and sister graduated from this school along with many of my cousins on both sides of mom and dads families.
