The building with two cars in from in the parking lot is Valley Veterinary Center.
The house in this photo is where Greg Stieneke and his family used to live. The vet office is the lighter colored building to the left, the Shamrock bar is nest, and Tom's Turf & Timber was in the quonset building. The house was removed and all the buildings were combined and added on to the south to make one big office and warehouse. Wow, what a reminder from the past!
My parents, Ross and Pat Schallehn had a business in the quonset, Advanced Ag Equipment. Started in 1977 or 78. Back then I was poking around out back and found a Model T frame. The quonset building was originally a car dealership back in the 1940's. I had to re-glaze all the windows once. That was a major job.
