This is my grandparent's farm, Lloyd and Norma Wulf. My mom, Betty, and her siblings, Lois, Norman, Darrel, Herbie and Brent grew up here. Many fond memories visiting the farm with my siblings as kids. Many of the outer buildings are now gone. The outhouse, still in use until the late 70's was to the right of the house. Grandma's huge garden is on far right, along with a row of grape vines. My grandpa made wine out of everything in the garden! The windmill was to the left of the house next to the white building, well house? Grandpa had made drinking cups out of beer cans, Schmitz?, they had wildlife on them. They were hung around the windmill frame and the water was so cold when we pumped it to fill our "beer" water cans.
