The Suburban Club, US 34 and Beaverdale Rd. Sadly, no longer there.
I worked there as a busboy on weekends from age 15 to 18, when the bartender, Sam, a hotpants wearing foxy lady, offered to teach me how to tend bar. It was a supper club with great food. People would order blended ice cream drinks for dessert. It was a lot of work, but I had a blast. The owner Bob Hartman and wife Pauline, lived in a very nice double wide home on the property.
