We purchased the property in 1990, lots of changes..... porch replaced in 1991, flat-top roof changed to a peak in 1995, tree in front yard died and removed in 2013, more buildings around the house and five-acre property.

This place had been in the Preuninger family from 1901 until 1973. Not sure when the house was built, but we think around 1915. Neighbor tells me it was vacant for about ten years until 1973, when it was sold.

I sold this property in February, 2020.
