This is a photo of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. My Norwegian ancestors donated the property and helped build this church in Stanhope, Iowa. It burned down shortly after this photo was taken and a new building was erected in it's place. Pictured behind the church is the cemetery where my relatives are buried.
